it features silent and compact rooms with a sofabed and a filthy chair and unnecessary equipments such as cooker.

The breakfast was generous with healthy food options and the food was savoury. The staff were extraordinary service-minded and very efficient and provided an EXCELLENT service. This location was best possible, right by all the activity and center of town, and bars, shopping, and restaurants nearby. I had quick lunch at Vapiano, located next to the hotel.

The shower was spacious, yet the sofa bed needed to be prepared.

Comfortable Stay with Helpful Staff

We loved the creamy Turkish yogurt at breakfast but found the restaurant a bit crowded in the evenings. A tip, visit breakfast a little earlier to avoid the rush!

Excellent location for train travelers. Wifi that used to be charged has been made free and was very reliable.

Old crt tv. Quite small rooms and my wife and I could only get single beds, not a double.

I travel to Stockholm several times a year, but first time at Freys Hotel. Very well positioned for the centre of Stockholm, friendly, nice staff, nice place.

My stay was great overall. Location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk from the central station. Btw, make sure you exit the station at ground floor, towards Vasagatan.

The only drawback of a single room at Freys is that the bed is more of a sofa than a bed, thus very narrow and attached to the wall. I slept well but a proper bed would be more comfortable.

Great proximity to the train station!

The lack of space made it difficult to move around, especially when trying to pack. The bathroom felt overly tight, disappointing for a hotel of this supposed standard. I also noticed the furniture appeared quite dated, which didn't align with what I expected from a more upscale hotel. Even after my complaint, the process of switching rooms had some hiccups, and that dampened what could have been a smoother experience.

Cosy but small room. Good central location in Stockholm. Breakfastroom little dark but OK.

Dear Sir/Madam, I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights on the weekend of 16th/17th September, room 210. I found the location perfect as i had a late flight arriving and it was a short walk from Arlanda Express terminal and shopping etc. Room was very clean and comfortable and reception staff helpful and courteous. In the past I have stayed at Nordic Sea for the location reason but in the future I will prefer Frey's Regards Simon

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, the location is excellent from Arlanda Express, the area has great shopping and restaurants, we will go back and stay there.

The room was small but had everything needed for comfort. The location was perfect, right across from the train station. Loved the option of waffles at breakfast, and the adjoining restaurant provided a cozy atmosphere for meals.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Perfect location.

Rather small room and a bit stuffy - lack of air condition, and people in the building across the narrow street had direct view into the room if the curtains were open. Also it's a bit expensive for a quite ordinary hotel.
